Condition: Unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging.

Refund Method: Refund to the original payment method.

Shipping: Customer pays for return shipping (unless the item is defective).

Exclusions: "Final Sale" items, earrings (for hygiene), or personalized products cannot be returned.
